Cooking and food

I made this recipe this week:
Cafe-rio-or Bajio-like chicken salad
Layer the chicken, rice, beans, lettuce, and salsa and dressing in a delicious flour tortilla in a bowl. (The kind that you fry yourself from Costco are YUM)
1 small bottle Kraft Zesty Italina Dressing
1 T. chili powder
1 T. cumin
3 cloves garlic, minced
5 lbs. chicken breast
Cook all in a crock-pot for 4 hours, shred the meat and cook 1 more hour.
Cook some rice with some lime juice, 5 T. chili powder, cumin, chopped cilantro
cook pinto beans with 1 t. salt and 1 t. garlic powder
1 buttermilk ranch dressing packet
1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk, 1 T. vinegar)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tomatillos, husk removed, diced
1/2 bunch cilantro
juice of 1 lime
1 jalapeno (w/o seeds makes it milder)
Blend in a food processor or blender. Refrigerate 1 -2 hours. Darin thought this was a bit just like ranch, so you could try this avocado dressing:
3/4 c. sour cream, 1 mashed avocado, 1 1/2 t. lime, 1/2 t. cumin, 1/4 t. salt, 2 T. oil
OR 1 c. mayo, juice of 5 lemons, 2 mashed avocados
