Fun New Recipes

Okay, this is the third post I've posted today. Be sure to scroll down!
Homemade corn dog bites:
2/3 c. corn meal
1 1/2 t. baking powder
2 T. sugar
2 T. oil
1 lb. hot dogs
1 c. flour
1 t. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
Mix corn meal, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Add milk and cooking oil, mix well. Add egg. Dry hot dogs, cut into 4 pieces each. Dip in corn dog mixture. Cook in hot oil at 365 until golden brown.

These are soooo good. But too fattening to make very often.

Popcorn Chicken
Put into a gallon size bag equal amounts flour and cornstarch. Start with 1/2 c. each. Add 1 t. salt and some pepper. Dump in raw cut up chicken and shake it all about.
Cook in hot oil until done.
The kids love these plain. We love them with Panda Express Orange Sauce (from Costco) and served with rice and veggies.
