From my sister-in-law Brooke.
Brown 1 pound ground beef.
2 cup water
4 cubes beef bouillon
Heat to boil and dissolve bouillon in water.
Meanwhile, mix 1/2 cup cold water and 1/4 cup flour and pour into broth mixture.
Stir in 1/4-1/2 cup sour cream right before serving.
Great on rice, noodles, or potatoes.
