Dinner! (And lunch ideas)

-Costco you-bake tortillas filled with shredded taco seasoned chicken, black beans, corn, cheese, salsa, and olives.
-tortilla chips with corn salsa dip: 2 tomatoes, 1/2 can corn, 1/2 can olives, 1/2 can black beans, couple teaspoons oil, some sprigs of cilantro, salt
-shredded chicken dipped in 1/2 cup cornstarch, 1/2 cup flour, some salt and fried in oil. Served with rice and soy sauce or Panda Express orange sauce. Green beans (frozen package from Costco) with parsley, garlic, and lemon.
-shepherd's pie
-spaghetti
-homemade pizza, pepperoni and sausage with peppers and onions
-shredded chicken with bbq sauce on buns (Can you guess? I bought a family pack of chicken and cooked it all day in the crock pot and shredded it. Divided it into three and froze two bags of it. Used it for tacos, with rice, and on buns).
-sandwiches, sandwiches, sandwiches, burritoes, burritoes, burritoes (for those ball game nights)

-The kids have been cooking lunch, too! (Maybe not so healthy as lunch goes, but the kid cooks, serves, and cleans up. And we've had very little complaints about the food. It is glorious!):
Scones made out of pop-open biscuits and served with chili and cheese
Bagel Bites and green salad
Chicken Nuggets and carrot sticks
Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Chicken Cordon Bleu (okay we splurged for this lunch on frozen Costco chickens)and green beans
